 Any time of year is a good time to enjoy a pleasant beverage like a banana milkshake. However, the hot summer is the greatest time of year if you want a cooled banana milkshake. Ingredients for the banana milkshake recipe:


3 fresh bananas

2 cups of milk

12-14 cashews

3 scoops of vanilla ice cream

cardamom pods

sugar to taste


Method to prepare fresh banana milkshake:


Take three bananas of any size, or two large, ripe bananas. Cut them up after they have been peeled off. Add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream to the mixture to make it creamy. To increase the protein content of the recipe for a banana milkshake, add 10 to 14 cashews to the blender.



2. Soak cashews or almonds in water for 30 minutes before putting them in the blender. They may be readily ground and mixed into the banana shake in this way.



3. You can substitute honey or sugar for the ice cream if you prefer not to have it in your milkshake. Typically, three tablespoons of sugar or honey are plenty.  You can substitute it if you don't like the flavour of honey.



4. Use one-fourth teaspoon of cardamom or half a teaspoon of cinnamon to give the mixture more flavour.



5. A teaspoon of vanilla extract might be added to the shake even if it is not necessary.




6. Fresh milk should now be added to the mixer. Adding cold whole milk to the banana shake can give it a more refreshing flavour. If fresh dairy milk isn't available at home, homemade almond milk can be used in its place. 




7. Start the blender to combine everything for a smooth, creamy banana shake. If you prefer a thick milkshake, blend in more bananas; if you prefer a thin one, add more milk.
