Smash Burger is a distinctive burger that is popular for dinner and to eat when traveling. I believe you are very behind in the kitchen if you have never attempted the smash burger recipe. How Are Unique Smash Burgers Made? 



The sauce for the smash burger recipe must first be made. For this, prepare a small bowl and fill it with pickle juice, yellow mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix each component thoroughly. It's time for your special smash burger sauce. The sauce bowl should be set aside.


 In a separate small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, and kosher salt to make the burger's seasoning. 


 Divide the ground beef into five to six sections and roll each portion into a ball. 


Season the meatballs with one and a half teaspoons of burger spice. Seasoning can be adjusted once more to taste during cooking.


Take some foil and wrap a large iron skillet in it. The burgers will be crushed in this covered skillet. 


Heat a different skillet on medium heat with one tablespoon of butter. In the melted butter, place a meatball. 


Flatten the meat balls into patties using a spatula or a skillet covered in foil. You will need to crush each ball for roughly ten seconds at a time, using intense pressure. Do this with each and every beef ball. This is the next step.


Use the burger seasoning mixture once more to season the burgers (beef patties). Allow the juices from the beef patties to bubble for around 90 seconds in a skillet with the patties. 


Avoid letting the burgers (patties) burn when flipping them; a metal spatula works best for this.


The patties should now be turned over, and the cheese slices should be added. Add two pieces of cheese to each burger for a cheesier burger. I like to cook the cheese-topped patties for two to three minutes.


Burgers (beef patties) are prepared properly if the outside of the patty is thoroughly caramelized. Give burger patties another 30 seconds to cook them thoroughly.


The Smash burgers come together quickly and easily. First, top the toasted bottom bun with the prepared delicious sauce. After that, place three pickle slices on the bun. The lettuce bits can then be added to the bun. If you'd like to make the topping even more colorful and wholesome, add tomatoes and onions. The beef patties and the top half of the bun should then be added.
